a/ I want to redo my railing, I don't how to make project drawings, what should I do?
If you don't know how to make project drawing. You just have to take photos of the place and position you want to put the railing, the more photos, the better. And you also have to do some basic measurements like the height between ground and top rail, the distances of the railing.
b/ Is it easy to install this railing system?
Absolutely yes, the whole railing will be shipped to you pre-fabricatedly, and we will give you the installation drawing.
c/ Is it possible to have us to instruct and oversee the installation?
Yes, we could send engineers to instruct the installation as you request, but the cost it induce should be taken care of by the buyer.
